Data Deletion Instructions

If you signed in to Zamzam using Facebook and would like your data deleted, you can do so at any time using either of the methods below.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app

  1. Open the Zamzam app and go to Profile.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  3. Confirm the deletion. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will delete your data within 30 days and send you a confirmation.

What gets deleted

Upon deletion we permanently remove: your account record, email address, name, profile photo, reading progress, bookmarks, notification preferences, device tokens, and any other data associated with your account.
